Habitat has begun building beautiful twin townhomes in Laurel! Once considered among the wealthiest towns in Delaware, Laurel is home to more historic buildings than any town in Delaware with 800 on the National Historic Record. Habitat’s scattered site townhome project is close to the charming historic downtown, near Laurel’s River Park and other in-town amenities. The project will consist of 10 two-story townhomes.
