Construction Crew Leader

Construction crew leaders play an integral part in building and repairing more homes, leading to better
neighborhoods and communities. As a construction crew leader, you will lead and develop groups of
skilled and unskilled volunteers and homeowner families in construction activities all while maintaining a
safe, efficient work environment.

Family Services Coordinator

Family services coordinators build and maintain the pipeline of homeowner families by recruiting and
educating qualified families for both homeownership and home repair opportunities.

Volunteer Services Coordinator

Volunteer services coordinators help recruit, train, schedule and recognize Habitat volunteers while
growing the volunteer base and advancing individual and group partnerships in the community.

Resource Development AmeriCorps VISTA Member

The resource development member will engage with host site staff, volunteers and stakeholders to
develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan to educate and engage the local
community, and develop a donor cultivation and tracking plan to improve the overall donor experience
and long-term commitment to supporting the Habitat mission.

 

 

 

 

Sussex County Habitat for Humanity is proud to partner with Public Allies Delaware, a service network of organizations and individuals committed to advancing social justice and equity by engaging and activating leadership capacities within the local community. Through their work in volunteer management and family programming support, Habitat Public Allies increase our capacity to serve more Sussex County families in need of safe, decent, and affordable housing.
