Thank you to everyone who joined Sussex County Habitat for Humanity for our annual week-long Pride Build! 2025 dates will be announced soon. 

SCHFH is proud to affirm our support for the LGBTQ+ community. Volunteers of all identities and backgrounds are invited to come together during Pride Week and year-round to build not just structures, but a stronger, more inclusive community. Whether you're a seasoned builder or new to the hammer, your participation makes a difference. Together, we can create spaces that reflect our commitment to equality and respect for all. 

Why is Pride Build important? The Trevor Project reports that 28% of LGBTQ+ youth have faced homelessness or housing instability. By participating, you not only contribute to constructing a Habitat home but also deepen your understanding of affordable housing issues impacting the LGBTQ+ community.
