12 new homes are going up in the town of Georgetown! All of these homes will be complete by mid-2024. In addition to homeownership, SCHFH will complete Rock the Block Community Clean-up events, home repairs, and more.

SCHFH is building the last of four new homes in the town of Selbyville, DE. This home will be occupied by a family just in time for the holidays!

SCHFH began a coordinated community redevelopment initiative in 2016, kicked-off by a Delaware State Housing Authority Strong Neighborhoods grant. This initiative, in partnership with MHDC, the Town of Laurel and Laurel Redevelopment Corporation, will create more than 20 affordable homeownership opportunities by 2025.
