Development Director
The Development Director will be a dynamic and results-driven leader responsible for planning and enhancing the organization’s fundraising strategies. This position oversees all fundraising activities, including donor cultivation, grant writing, PR & marketing, events, and CRM management, ensuring that each function supports the achievement of the organization’s revenue goals. The Director will prioritize the cultivation and stewardship of relationships with donors and funders at all levels, including individual, corporate, federal, state, and local sources, ensuring long-term financial sustainability for the organization.
