Volunteer Services Coordinator

The Volunteer Services Coordinator serves as the welcoming and energetic first point of contact for all Sussex County Habitat for Humanity (SCHFH) volunteers. This role is responsible for scheduling, greeting, and providing exceptional hospitality to regular, first‑time, and traveling volunteers. The coordinator leads opening and closing ceremonies on SCHFH construction sites and provides ongoing departmental support by recruiting and retaining volunteers, tracking attendance, logging service hours, ensuring site safety, and assisting with a variety of operational and administrative functions.

Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant at this non-profit affordable housing organization is responsible for a wide range of activities, including but not limited to transactional work related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, recording journal entries, mortgage loan servicing, and foreclosure processing. They will assist in the annual budget preparation and analyses on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis of actual results compared to budget; support the annual financial audit (including Project Cost Certifications) and oversee restricted and unrestricted revenues related to donations and grants.
